Hot Glue Hullabaloo Opening

Last night Kenny Scharf, New York City art magnificent, and Dearraindrop, Virginia Beach artist collective, opened their show Hot Glue Hullabaloo at The Hole Gallery in SoHo; in short, a beautiful, chaotic experience for the eyes. Who doesn't love neons, disco balls and art that one can play as instrument? The Cosmic Cavern, a collaboration between Mr. Scharf and Dearraindrop, was by far my favorite: it has as much energy as an orgasmic peak.

Malcolm Stuart of Dearraindrop designed the outfits of directors Kathy Grayson and Meghan Coleman--check the picture--so dope! Check out his phantasmagoria of beautifully rendered Disney-esque hands below.

The Hole Gallery is filled with warm people and lovely art. Take time out of your day to check out this show and the space.
